Driving Past

I've always enjoyed looking at photos with cars zooming past and how the light are all blurred together. I assume that those pictures are taken by the pricey SLRs, well, I decided to fiddle with my camera and see if it is capable of taking such pictures, and it is!

Manual mode--is that what you used?! Such a fun thing to experiment with a camera, isn't it? You seem to have a very artistic soul. What kind of camera do you have?

I think I used the "aperture" mode that time. I love trying new stuff with my humble camera - a Canon Powershot A590 IS. I would have loved to get a digital SLR, but the price point would have been a bit too steep for me so I researched point and shoots for the most "manual" one out there - and the power shots offer the most options. You can even change out the lens! I've had a number of people ask me what camera I use and I always reply "a $150 dollar one!".

I heard those Powershots are great cameras. Sometimes I wish I had a smaller everyday camera. The SLR can get kind of cumbersome (and OBVIOUS). You're doing a fine job with your camera!
